SUPPLY & PLACEMENT OF MAINTENANCE GRAVEL

This is for the supply and placement of approximately 3747 tonnes of Granular "M" Gravel at various locations throughout the municipality.

It is also for the supply and delivery of approximately 1253 tonnes of Granular "M" Gravel designated for stockpiling as spefified herein.  Location and approximate quantity is as follows:

Municipal Works Yard, located at 33764 Spring Creek Road, Eganville - 1253 tonnes

Tender packages must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number, contract description and name of tenderer.

In addition to courier and hand delivery, the Township will also accept electronic delivery of proposals if they meet the follwoing conditions: Delivered to: annetteg@eganville.com, received by the specified submission dealine and the file formation must be in a Zip File to ensure it cannot be previewed.

Tenders received by the specified submission deadline shall be opened, read and recorded publicly shortly after the tender closing.  Public opening does not imply any decision by the Owner with regards to acceptance of the lowest or any tender.  Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

REQUEST FOR TENDER - BV2026-02

SUPPLY, HAULING & STOCKPILING OF WINTER SAND

Supply, hauling and stockpiling approximately 5900 tonnes of screened winter sand to various locations in the municipality.

Approximate quantities by location:

• 1200 tonnes to 149 John Street in Eganville.  Material may be placed using a stacker or dozer.
• 2100 tonnes to 33764 Highway 41 in Lot 20, Concession XVIII.  Materials must be placed by a stacker (old shed)
• 1100 tonnes in new Sand Shed at 33764 Highway 41 in Lot 20, Concession XVIII.  Materials must be placed by a stacker (new shed)
• 1500 tonnes to 112 Janet Raod in Foymount.  Materials must be placed in by one or more stackers
