Utilities Billing Notice

With the current postal delays, please note that Utilities Bills have been processed and are due on December 20th, 2024. If unsure of the amount owing, property owners can contact the office at 613-628-3101 or admin@eganville.com. 

Payments Options
Online Banking: To set the Township of Bonnechere Valley up as a payee, use the search term “Bonnechere Valley” or “Township of Bonnechere Valley”. Two options will show up, taxes and water. Ensure you select water. Your account number can be found on the top left corner of your bill, (all 14 digits without spaces or decimals.) Follow the financial institution’s instructions to complete the payment. Online payments can take a few business days to complete. To avoid being charged interest, it is recommended making the payment a few business days before the due date. For questions, contact your financial institution.
In-Person: At the Municipal office during business hours via cash, cheque or debit. The locked drop off box is available after hours for cash and cheques. 
New option (with a cost) PaySimply: https://www.paysimply.ca/Partner/Default.aspx/search/q/bonnechere  Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the township to receive payments through PaySimply. If you would like to use this service, please make your payment at least 10 business days before the due date to avoid being charged interest on your account. PaySimply charges a fee for your use.
